The "MAGNASERT" was designed with maximum strength as a primary requisite.

Special designed knurls with up to .015" depth on a side for maximum flow of material to greater depth for extreme torque. Shaped collar for a solid flow of material to form a strong, permanent ring for pullout strength. Countersunk to major diameter of thread to facilitate line up and easy start of screw or bolt with maximum thread available. Made from heavy bar stock of brass or aluminum for greater wall thickness from outer insert to major diameter of thread. Manufactured in three lengths: four, six, or eight usable threads.
