SONICSERT III is the original ultrasonic insert for straight drilled or molded holes using ultrasonics or heat.

SONICSERT III , "The Original" ultrasonic insert which can be installed into a "straight" drilled or molded hole using ultrasonics or heat. These post molded inserts now replace the costly and time consuming conventional method of molding plastic around the inserts during the molding cycle. The unique separated knurl design provides strong torque-out resistance. The undercuts between the knurls and the ribs provides exceptional tensile strength.
