UNISERT  is a revolutionary Universal/Symmetrical insert that can be installed in either direction into a drilled or molded hole.

UNISERT II can be installed into both the standard industry tapered or straight holes in sizes under #010-32. Automation is made easier since orientation of the insert is no longer a determining factor of speed (ppm) in production. Installation time and residual stress is reduced due to the unique design which directs the plastic material to flow freely into the knurls and undercuts designed to accommodate the displaced material. Inventory will be greatly reduced as only one style is required for both hole configurations per each thread size under #010-32 insert.
